Please note that our operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm, except for Bank Holidays.
Most orders placed before 4:30pm on standard stocked materials are despatched within 24 hours for delivery within 1-2 working days, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Large custom orders and premium materials may take slightly longer.

Please note that Direct Ship products being delivered off Mainland Great Britain may be subject to supplier confirmation or an additional carriage charge. Our friendly sales team will contact you regarding the order if necessary.
We reserve the right to charge for re-shipping of orders due to customer error when entering delivery details. If we receive notification of an error within delivery address with sufficient time before that order is despatched, we will make every effort to amend the delivery address details.
