Durable construction ensures these ice packs can be heated and cooled repeatedly
To cool down, simply place in your freezer and allow to cool – normally charged in only 2 hours!
To heat up, place the pack in a microwave for 20 seconds and then check – if it requires more heat, follow up with 10 second bursts until warm
Suitable for treating both acute (cold therapy) and chronic (heat therapy) injuries
Lasts longer than our instant heat and cold packs
Please note that packs will be firm if frozen, however they will quickly soften when in use
Stays hot or cold for up to 2 hours!

Never place pack directly onto the skin as extreme temperatures can cause burns
Always wrap pack in a cloth or protective sleeve before use. Always use under adult supervision
Keep out of the reach of children. If you are affected by circulatory problems seek medical advice before use
Cease use if pack causes any discomfort
If the pack is punctured or opened and the solution is accidently swallowed, drink plenty of water
If solution contacts eyes, wash out thoroughly with water. Consult your doctor if you have any concerns about your health

Please note that the gel used inside the packs has been changed to make it easier when heating in a microwave and also to conform better to the body, the new gel is a slightly lighter colour and more liquid in consistency
